QUALIFIED - Twelve years practice as a CPA interpreting and implementing
complex state and federal laws. Service to a number of state association clients
has yielded familiarity with state-wide campaign finance laws, and campaign
reporting, and experience in handling multi-million dollar budgets in a 25 year
career which has centered around the State Capitol and the political process.
EDUCATED - A graduate of Wakulla High School and holding Bachelor
of Science degrees in Accounting and in Finance from Florida State University.
Cash earned the State of Florida license as a Certified Public Accountant and
undergoes rigorous continuing education, including ethics training biannually.
DEDICATED - A fifth generation Wakullla County citizen, Cash has operated
a business in Wakulla County for the past ten years. She sits on the Board of
Directors of the Wakulla Academic Boosters Association, the Community Board
of Capital City Bank, and is treasurer of the Wakulla Middle School PTSA. She has
volunteered in the school system since 1996 and is active in a number of clubs
and civic organizations including the Wakulla County Chamber of Commerce,
the Florida Institute of CPAs, and the Wakulla Professional and Business
Women's Association. She is a former member of the Wakulla County Sales Tax
Commission and the Wakulla County Planning Commission.
