Thank you to all the candidates in this past election who ran clean and informational campaigns. Even though all the people I voted for (and also participated in their campaigns) did not "win", the mark they left on this county will not be forgotten.

To those who were voted into the positions they were vying for, I wish you luck and hope for a positive future for this county. You have more than a full plate in front of you, but the people have the confidence that you will be a large part of bringing us into the future without compromising the natural beauty and resources of our county.

This election put Wakulla County in the limelight (of sorts), so I hope in the future, we can all read in the newspapers and see on TV the cleansing of our county in the months to come.
