Share the Experience Photo Contest Currenty Seeking Entries
Our region could be featured on the next Federal Recreational Lands Pass!
{sidebar id=1}All outdoor enthusiasts, amateur shutterbugs, wildlife lovers or history buffs are invited to submit up to three photos in the 2008 “Share the Experience” Photo Contest – www.sharetheexperience.org . Contestants enter their favorite photos of visits to America’s Federal Recreation Lands (managed by the National Park Service, US Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, or Fish and Wildlife Service) taken anytime during the year 2008.
The Grand Prize winning image will grace the front of the 2010 Federal Recreation Lands Pass which will be distributed to approx. 400,000 people, and viewed by millions of outdoor recreation enthusiasts.
From August 1st to December 31st, contestants can submit up to three photos taken during 2008 for the chance to earn national recognition for their picture. In addition, at the end of the submission period the public will be invited to vote for their favorite photo. The contest is open to amateur photographers and contestants can enter by visiting www.sharetheexperience.org .
Great prizes include: Olympus digital cameras, trips to federal recreation areas, Federal Recreation Lands Passes and more! Your region could adorn the 2010 Federal Recreation Lands Pass!
