Dove Club Permits Still Available

Dove Club Permits Still Available

Dove Club Permits Still Available{sidebar id=1}The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) still has Dove Club permits remaining for some of its special-opportunity dove fields throughout the state.

Permits are available for Caravelle Ranch (Putnam County), Schneider Farms (Escambia County) and two new public small-game hunting areas (PSGHAs) – Bass Farm PSGHA (Alachua County) and Bennett Farm PSGHA (Baker County).

Dove Club permits can be purchased at county tax collectors’ offices, license vendors, www.wildlifelicense.com or by calling toll-free 1-888-HUNT-FLORIDA (486-8356).

Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and allow one adult and one youth (under age 16) to participate in all scheduled hunts for a designated dove field (up to eight days). These Saturday, half-day hunts cost $150 and enable both the permit holder and youth to take a daily bag limit of birds each.

For more information on these great dove-hunting opportunities, visit MyFWC.com/special/dove .
