Wakulla Pregnancy Center Now Open and Operational 

The newly opened Wakulla Pregnancy Center hosted an Open House on Sunday, January 20.  The rain cleared and although it was chilly, approximately 75 visitors attended the event between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. 

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the opening.  Angie Holshouser and James Barnes, original founders of the center, were on hand to cut the ribbon.  Dennis Hall, Pastor of Pioneer Baptist Church, gave an inspiring speech and prayed for the center and it's volunteers. 

The center officially opened to the public on Tuesday, January 22, which was also the 35th anniversary of Roe vs. Wade.  The center is located at 886 Woodville Highway, next door to the Kast Net Restaurant.
