The Old Shell Point Beach Resort Buildings are Finally Coming Down

Demolition on the existing Shell Point Beach Resort buildings began this past Wednesday, October 19, as crews began taking down the old facility. As of this past Friday, October 21, the old marina buildings and the old restaurant building were reduced to a cleared lot and a pile of rubble, respectively. Shell Point will never be the same! Continue to check this article; new pictures will be added as demolition continues.
