Shell Point Christmas Golf Cart Parade
Gets Community into the Holiday Spirit
The Shell Point community held its annual Christmas Golf Cart Parade on
Saturday, December 10, at 11:00 a.m. at Shell Point Beach. The
parade began at Pebble Court and traversed throughout Shell Point,
culminating at the Apalachee Bay Volunteer Fire Department facility for
a pig roast luncheon, sponsored by the Naumann Group.
Approximately 30 golf carts participated in the parade, all decorated
up for the holidays. Santa even made an appearance at the end of
the parade! Childen in attendance had a blast, racing after the
candy that was thrown from many of the participants.
