The Truth About Impact Fees in Wakulla County

Hello,

With all the emotion and drama arrising from the Impact Fee issue, I decided to research the topic myself in an attempt to seperate the emotions from the facts.  Using data provided by the Wakulla County Property appraiser's office, I have completed a detailed analysis that concludes Impact Fees are an unfair tax assesed to citizens who are already paying more than their fair share.  The data and conclusions are available at www.wakullaimpactfeetruth.com
