Ground Breaking Slated for 26,700 Square Foot Retail Strip Center in Crawfordville

PlazaCorp Realty Advisors, Inc., plans to construct and operate a new 26,700 square-foot retail strip center adjacent to the Wal-Mart Supercenter along Crawfordville Highway.

PlazaCorp Realty Advisors, Inc. proposes to develop 26,700 square-feet of retail space with 103 parking spaces.  Retail suites wil be available from 1,400 square-feet and up.  The proposed development already enjoys signed eases of Dollar Tree, Maurice's and China Cafe, leaving only 12,200 square feet leasable.  The retail site will also benefit from the Wal-Mart Supercenter's draw of 6,000 to 8,000 people per day.  The proposed development is the only approved site for new shopping center development adjacent to the Wal-Mart Supercenter and is slated for completion during  summer of 2008.
