H1N1 Vaccinations to be Given at Wakulla Middle School
Hello, this is Wakulla Middle School Principal Mike Barwick with an important H1N1 vaccination update. On Monday, November 23rd, health care professionals from the Wakulla County Health Department will be at our school to administer H1N1 vaccinations. Immunizations, which are optional, will begin at 9:00am and end at 2:00pm for students who return the completed consent form and have been cleared by a health department nurse to receive the vaccination.
Please ask your child for a letter that was sent home today from the school that included the necessary consent form. If you have any questions you may visit the school website or call the school at 926-7143.
Thank you for your continued support and go Wildcats!
