Wakulla High School Will Celebrate Homecoming 2008

The Wakulla War Eagles will be celebrating all next week as they lead up to the 2008 Homecoming game against Trinity Christian scheduled for Friday, September 19 at 7:30 p.m.  The Homecoming Queen and King will be crowned during the halftime ceremony.

The week's festivities will kick off this Saturday evening, September 13 at the 2008 Homecoming Dance at the Sopchoppy Gym from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The fun will continue throughout next week as the students and faculty participate in the different themed dress up days at the school.  The themes for each day are:

Monday, Sept. 15:  Nerd Day

Tuesday, Sept. 16:  Tooney Tuesday

Wednesday, Sept. 17:  Wild Wild Wakulla Day, aka Western Wednesday

Thursday, Sept. 18:  Star Studded Thursday (dress as your favorite movie star!); Powder Puff Football Game @ 6:30 p.m. at Reynolds Field

Friday, Sept. 18:  Spirit Day, Pep Rally at 12:40 at J.D. Jones Stadium 

Wakulla.com will be on campus each day to snap photos of the students and faculty in their costumes, so be on the lookout for us and remember to smile for the camera!
