Wakulla High School Carpentry Program House for Sale
The Carpentry 1st through 6th students at Wakulla High School, under the direction of Mr. Keith Moore, Carpentry Instructor, built this very nice and affordable house. Other contractors involved were Paul Smith Plumbing, Joe Morgan Electric, and Parker Services Heating and Air. Henry Vause, former Wakulla Country School Board Member and former carpentry instructor at Wakulla High School, pulled the permit.
Wakulla High School is selling this 1108 sq. ft. house for $44,041.00 plus moving and connection (power) fees. This house includes 3BR/2BA, washer/dryer connections (laundry room), kitchen with formica countertops, family room, dining room, dishwasher, cabinetry, central heating, ceiling fans in all rooms, carpet, vinyl siding, and insulated windows, and is wired for telephone and cable.
