WHS Class of 1987 20-Year Reunion is This Weekend!

Hello Class of 1987!

The committee has been busy planning the 20-Year Reunion, and it's finally here! A summary of the events are listed below:

We are putting together a power point CD and a memory booklet for our 20th Reunion. Please e-mail krh628@hotmail.com(or mail to the address listed below) your contact information and pictures, one of you before age 2, one from high school and a recent one of yourself and/or your family. Also, fill out the survey/registration form, even if you do not plan on attending. Reunion Details are at Wakulla.com and classmates.com. There is also a survey at classmates.com that several people have already completed - go there and fill one out!

September 21-22, 2007:

Friday, 7:00 p.m. Casual Classmates Night - meet at Hook Wreck Henry’s Dockside Café in Panacea. This is not part of the “planned” events, just an optional night to meet with and reminisce with old classmates.
Saturday, 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Family Luncheon.: Classmates will meet at Sopchoppy City Park for a family lunch allowing everyone a chance to get reacquainted and meet each other’s families. This event will be catered by Sonny’s Bar-B-Que and the cost is $13.50 per person (children under 12 eat free).
Saturday, beginning at 6:30 pm: Classmates will gather at The Shriner's Club (on Crawfordville Highway; 319) for a casual, buffet-style dinner. Dinner will include your choice of grilled fish or chicken, delicious sides, drink and homemade dessert. A cash bar will be available for those who wish to drink alcoholic beverages.
Saturday, beginning at 6:30 pm: Classmates will gather at The Shriner's Club (on Crawfordville Highway; 319) for a casual, buffet-style dinner. Dinner will include your choice of grilled fish or chicken, delicious sides, drink and homemade dessert. A cash bar will be available for those who wish to drink alcoholic beverages.

Around 7:30 pm, a DJ will join us providing 80’s music for our dancing and entertainment. The committee will present a video presentation (taking us back to 1987!) and an awards ceremony. Memory books will be available, as well as memorabilia CD’s and photographs.

** Hook Wreck Henry's Dockside Cafe is located at 99 Rock Landing Road in Panacea. (The cafe is at the dead end of the same road that Harbor House in on.)

*** Due to food orders and bookings, the cost per person will increase to $15.00 for lunch and $30.00 per person for dinner after 8/31/07.
