Frequently Asked Questions

I don't see my business on the list. How do I add it?

The steps are easy:

1. You must be a registered user at Wakulla.com. Click this link to sign up
2. Once registered, login to your Wakulla.com account.
3. Browse to the Category that best describes your organization. When you see the “Add your listing here” link at the top of the list, click it.
4. Select Free, Standard or Featured and fill out the form. Note: Standard and Featured listings require payment via Paypal or credit card.

I see my business listed here but how do I update the information?

If your firm is listed here and you would like to update the information, simply:

1. Login in to your Wakulla.com user account (or Register as a new user and then login).
2. Browse to the page that contains your listing (or use the search box to find it) and click on the “Claim” link located below your listing.
3. The "Claim" link will pop up a form for you to fill out that will tell us who you are. Please include your name and phone number so we can verify that the listing belongs to you.
4. We will assign the listing to your Wakulla.com account and notify you via email with further instructions.
5. When you receive the email notification, browse back to your listing and click on the “edit” icon in the listing title (it looks like this: ) and make your changes.

How do I upgrade my listing to Standard or Featured?

1. Log into your Wakulla.com account or Register as a new user and then login
2. Send us a note by Clicking here. Make sure you tell us who you are, your contact information and the name of your listing. Also let us know if you want Standard or Featured.
3. We'll send you an electronic invoice and after payment is received we'll upgrade your listing.
4. When you log back into Wakulla.com simply click on the "My Listings" link in the left column and update your ad.
5. If you need assistance with your listing our setup fees are economical and we work quickly.
