Shadeville Elementary School 2008-09 School Supply Lists
(Separate lists for Mrs. Vause and Mrs. Mather's classrooms follow the general supply lists.)
Kindergarten and Pre-1st
1 towel for rest time (no mats, label with name)
1 standard size backpack with name (child should be able to open and close easily) NO WHEELS
1 change of clothing including underwear (placed in a plastic bag with your child's name)
1 pack of Crayola Twistables Crayons (long, not mini's)
1 box of Crayola Crayons (24 pack)
1 bottle of Elmer's Glue (4 fl oz)
1 pack of Papermate Pink Pearl erasers
1 bottle of antibacterial hand soap
1 bottle of antibacterial waterless hand sanitizer
1 large box of tissues
1 package of baby wipe refills
1 box of Ziploc bags - Gallon size (slider top preferred)

Mrs. Vause's 2008-09 Beginning of the Year Information
Supply List
Here is a list of supplies your child will need to start the new year. These supplies are not only important now, but are also important throughout the school year. Please check with your child periodically to make sure they have not run out.
10 folders (breakdown below):
2 red (work folders)
2 blue (Homework folders)
2 green (Accelerator Reader Journal folders)
2 yellow (Take home folders)
2 any other color (work folders)
Dry Erase Markers: (Assorted colors) The markers will be used on individual boards practicing various skills.
Pencils: A student will use between 1 and 2 pencils a week.
2 writing tablets: Students use for handwriting and writing.
Crayons: A small box of approximately 16 crayons.
Glue Sticks: 5 sticks
Baby Wipes: We use these all year for cleaning hands before lunch and cleaning up messes in the classroom.
Scissors: Please no sharp points.
Ziploc Bags: Use for crayons, food, and other storage.
Kleenex: This will keep our noses clean.
