Details:

Weekly Drawing:  Drawings will be held privately each week.  Winners will be contacted by email and if we receive a response they must come by our offices to collect their prize.  Winners must be residents of Wakulla, Leon, Franklin, Jefferson or Taylor Counties OR have lived in Wakulla County at some point in time OR own real estate in Wakulla County.

Refer-a-Friend:  At the end of each month we will take a snapshot of the "Refer-a-Friend" database and whomever has successfully referred the most new registered users will win $100.

Why are we doing this?  Wakulla.com wants to spread the word about Wakulla County as widely as possible and we're willing to encourage and reward our registered users who help us grow.  It's our hope that our members will support us by promoting Wakulla.com to their family, friends, organization and community.

Rules:

• Winners will be contacted by email, and, if after two days we receive no response, a second email will be sent.  If still no response, the prize will be noted as "Unclaimed."  We will do our best to insure that the prizes are awarded without having to expend an exorbitant amount of time trying to contact those unwilling to respond. Unclaimed prizes will be added to the next weeks' giveaway.
• New registered users from the Refer-a-Friend promotion must meet the following criteria in order to be included in the tabulations:
  • Be residents of Wakulla, Leon, Franklin, Jefferson or Taylor Counties, or
  • have lived in Wakulla County at some point in time, or
  • own real estate in Wakulla County, AND
  • must be unique users
    (Registering multiple times using different email addressees and/or user-ids is strictly forbidden).
• We will randomly audit the new members from the winner in the "Refer-a-Friend "
• Winners may decline.  If declined, their prize will be given away in the next drawing.
• All drawings will be held privately and only the winners will be publicly displayed.
• There are no restrictions on how many times someone may win the weekly drawing or the Refer-a-Friend contest.
• Wakulla.com reserves the right to limit, alter, change the rules, or to end the Giveaway promotion at anytime, without notice or warning.
