Wakulla Braves Cub League Ends Season in #2 Spot

The Wakulla Braves Cub League (8-10 yrs.) defeated the #1 seed team the Rays by a score of 11 - 4 on Friday, May 2.  The Braves then played the Tigers on Monday, May 5, and lost the game 9 - 2, making the Tigers the season Champions and the Braves the Runners-up for 2008.

The coaches for the Braves were Cris Lee, Tracy Forrester and Todd Welch. The Tigers coaches were Tim Metcalf, Bubba Dempsey and Darin McGlamry.

Each Braves team member received a Braves shirt, cap and trophy from their sponsor, the David F. Harvey Reelection Campaign.
