Wakulla 10U Allstars Place 3rd in State Tournament
The Wakulla County 10U Allstars participated in the 2008 Cal Ripken 10U state tournament in Lake City during the 4th of July weekend. The players excelled and beat Normandy on Thursday and Chiefland on Friday. Saturday bought a battle with Ponte Vedra for their first loss. Mandarin (MAA) was their next battle and battle they did. Their fight ended in the 6th with a loss of 9-8. Wakulla finished in 3rd place in State and it was a great experience all around.
The team consists of : Seth Aguilera, Jake Bryan, Dylan Causseaux, Kenzie Lee, Michael McGlamry, Feleipe Franks, Jacob Plouffe, Aaron Price, Greysen Rudd, Austin Stephenson, Jacob Thomas, Jake Webb. Manager is Gregg Boutwell. Assistant Coaches are Chris Lee and Andy Bryan.
