Lady War Eagle Soccer Program Spring Informational Meeting Scheduled
The Wakulla High School Lady War Eagles Girls’ Soccer program will hold an informational meeting for all high school age girls planning to try out for soccer for the 2008-2009 season at 7 PM on Tuesday, March 25th in the Wakulla High School Media Center at 3237 Coastal Highway. Parents and prospective players should attend. The meeting is required for all current players who plan to return for try outs in the fall.
Varsity Coach Jessica Bishop will share information about opportunities for travel and tournament play, team summer camp at Florida State University, and the summer ball program at Wakulla High School. Coach Bishop will also be discussing the soccer program’s academic and athletic goals for the 2008-2009 season.
Potential soccer players currently in eighth grade who will enroll at Wakulla High School in August 2008 are encouraged to attend this meeting. Spring and summer playing opportunities for eighth graders will be discussed. Coach Bishop will also discuss how middle school soccer players can prepare for high school soccer.
