Fighting steady gusts of wind, rain and muddy field conditions, the JV Boys Soccer Team overcame the elements as they tamed the Marianna Bulldogs 8 – 2 during recent non-district action.

Doug Chadwell opened the War Eagle scoring during the 2nd minute of play with a wind-aided corner kick that sailed into the back of the net.  Chadwell would score an additional two goals and record two assists to lead the Wakulla offensive explosion.

Teammates Woody Harvey and David Rager each notched two goals as teammate James Posey closed out the scoring.  Sam Hicks, Chadwell and Harvey dished out assists.

Goalkeepers David Evans (3 Saves) and Brock Reed (3 Saves) secured the nets for the JV War Eagles’ first win.
