The Wakulla High School clinic will be offering free physicals for Wakulla High athletes on Saturday, June 14th, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. First come first served. These physicals are for current Wakulla High School students and students who will be 9th graders in the fall.
Parents need to come with a school physical form with the student information and medical history completed. You can get a school physical form from Coaches Joe Walker and Rachel Pienta. Additional physical forms will be available in the front office starting June 9 during summer school hours at the high school.
