Professional Criminal Justice Fraternity Lambda Alpha Epsilon of FSU Thanks Benefactors
Written by Cole Wells Thursday, 24 April 2008 19:34
Dear Editor,
We are the American Criminal Justice Association, Lambda Alpha Epsilon, The Professional Criminal Justice Fraternity from Florida State University.
After winning numerous awards at our regional competition in the fall we were invited to compete on the national level in Kansas City, Missouri from April 6-11th.
As the future leaders in Criminal Justice it greatly benefits us to have the chance to compete against the best chapters from around the nation. Competing in a national competition also gives Florida State University the chance to shine in another venue to the nation.
Lambda Alpha Epsilon of FSU is grateful for benefactors such as the Plantation Security Company (PSI), who helped sponsor our trip. Major Alan Lamarche, PSI President, has supported the FSU School of Criminology and particularly the Criminal Justice Association, LAE, in an effort to further our studies in criminology. The generosity of PSI and Major Lamarche enabled our fraternity to receive advanced training and compete in areas such as crime scene investigations, firearm precision, physical agility, and intelligence testing while in Kansas City.
If you would like to know more about our great organization you can visit our chapter website at: http://www.orgsites.com/fl/acjalaelambda/ or our National website at: http://www.acjalae.org/
Respectfully,
Coleman Dale Wells
FSU – LAE, Criminology Major
