Dear Mr. Patel,

It has been an extremely difficult time for my wife over the past week with the sudden passing of her mother, Betty R. Pearce. As you can imagine, numerous relatives from around the country came to pay their respects to the memory of Mrs. Pearce and we found ourselves in need of additional living space when the many family members arrived. Your gracious gesture in meeting our immediate needs will not be forgotten.

{sidebar id=1}From our initial contact via telephone with the gentleman at your front desk (Chris) to the lovely, personable room attendant (Kim) we could not have received better care during our stay with you. You are to be commended for your outstanding management of all facets of your hotel. It is obvious you take a personal, hands-on approach in the day-to-day operations---we were very impressed and humbled by your sincere best wishes to help us through some very stressful days.

We completed a Best Western survey concerning our stay with you and have mailed it to the address provided. Needless to say, Best Western needs more people such as you in their fine chain of hotels. We trust that they will recognize you as one of their finest executives when they analyze customer comments over the coming year. We are sure we are not the first to tell them of your outstanding facility.

Again, we extend our sincere appreciation to your and your staff for exceptional service. We hope to be able to stop in and visit with you during our next trip to the Crawfordville area. And, we will certainly recommend your hotel to others in the future.
