Free Swine Flu Vaccination Clinics to be Held at Wakulla County Health Department
Wakulla County Health Department announces FREE H1N1 (Swine) Flu Vaccination clinic (using Nasal Mist or injection) on the following date/times:
Wednesday, October 28, 2009 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Target Audience:
Children who are 2 to 4 years of age, with no underlying health condition (i.e., asthma or diabetes);
Parents, other Caregivers, people living in the household and daycare providers for children younger than 6 months of age, who are healthy and under 50 years of age; and,
Healthcare workers and Emergency Medical Services (EMS/Fire) with direct patient contact, who are healthy and under 50 years of age

This clinics will be held at the Wakulla County Health Department, located at 48 Oak Street, Crawfordville, FL. Please call the Wakulla Co.
