April 17 – Wakulla Health Care Task Force Planning Help for Medically Indigent
The Wakulla Health Care Task Force will meet on Tuesday, April 17th at 6:00 p.m. at the Wakulla Public Library. The group will discuss its plans to help the medically indigent in Wakulla County. Possible plans include offering a free medical clinic staffed by local volunteers. Efforts are also being pursued to increase the provision of health insurance coverage by local employers.
All local health care providers, agencies, and businesses are encouraged to attend. Anyone who wants to improve health and health care in Wakulla County is welcome to attend. The meeting is open to the public. For more information, please contact Lynn Artz at 926-8756.
