Following is the menu we have planned for the Camp Gordon Johnston Days dinner at the Carrabelle Municipal Complex on Saturday March 10, 2012, beginning at 1730 hours.

Option One - Italian Baked Chicken Breast Dinner:

Six-ounce portion of skinless boneless chicken breast marinated and baked in a creamy Italian vinaigrette sauce.  Twice Baked Potato, Roasted Mixed Vegetables, Spring Mix Salad, Dinner Rolls, Tea and/or Coffee, and homemade Banana Pudding.

Option Two - Fried Seafood Dinner:

Four-ounce portion of fried Pollock, fried Shrimp, Scallops, Deviled Crab, and Hush Puppies. Twice Baked Potato, Roasted Mixed Vegetables, Spring Mix Salad, Tea and/or Coffee, and homemade Banana Pudding.

We will have salads ready to serve as guest arrive and will begin cooking the seafood as salads are being served.  The price for each dinner will be $17.00.  Please note:  All active duty service member and WWII veterans will eat for Free!

Live music will be by the “Not Quite Ready” Combo for your dancing pleasure.  And… there will be door prizes!
