Crawfordville Lions Give Certificate of Appreciation to Helen Gamwell

{sidebar id=3}Helen Gamwell was presented a Certificate of Appreciation at the September 18th regular meeting of the Crawfordville Lions Club held at Crawfordville Elementary School.  Ms. Gamwell spoke to the club about the various services offered by the Wakulla County Health Department. 

Some of the programs discussed were:  childhood Immunizations, school health services, prescription assistance, dental services, WIC assistance, Healthy Start / Healthy Families Programs and assistance in obtaining copies of birth and death certificates.  Ms. Gamwell also discussed the new mobile health unit.

The Wakulla County Health Department assists the Crawfordville Lions Club by providing Lions Club applications to individuals in need of eye glasses who cannot afford them.
