CHAT General Meeting and Christmas Potluck Dinner Info

The Election of Officers for the 2009 term of the Citizens for Humane Animal Treatment will be held at the Annual Holiday Meeting and General Membership Meeting on Friday, December 19th at 6:00PM for the Election and followed immediately by a Potluck Dinner.  The meeting will be held at the Senior Center in Crawfordville. The public is invited to join CHAT anytime prior to the election. You must be a current member of C.H.A.T. (dues paid) to participate in the Election of Officers.

Offices up for Election: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Fundraising Director, Grant Director, Membership Director, Health Director , Foster Director, Volunteer Director and Volunteer Coordinator Director.

Qualifications for Office:  Nominees must be a CHAT member.

Nominations may be made in any of the following ways:

1.  Emailed to: Nancy Wood, Secretary, e-mail: WOODJANDN@netscape.com

2.  Phoned to:  Nancy Wood, Secretary, 850-984-0608

3.  Nominations from the floor immediately prior to the elections.Upon receipt of the Nomination, verification of the Nominees willingness to accept the nomination and verification of meeting the qualification as stated above, he/she will be added to the Election Ballot.
