Annual Youth Revival ‘REVOLUTION’ Will Be Hosted

{sidebar id=1}First Baptist Church of Crawfordville will host the popular annual youth revival known as REVOLUTION. Last year REVOLUTION was attended by over 200 teenagers nightly. Guest speaker this year is David Burton, Director of Evangelism for the Florida Baptist Convention. Burton, who has been known to travel from churches to beaches with his own bag of evangelism tools -- a "magic" Bible, the Evangecube, and word puzzles with the Gospel message -- has spent years motivating students with powerful messages of reaching the lost. Worship in song will be lead by Worship 101, a Christian rock band out of Jacksonville. Their goal is to show the world the “Mystery and Majesty of God” through music; preview them at myspace.com/worship101band .

REVOLUTION starts nightly at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22 through Saturday, August 25. Burton will also lead both the 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. services on Sunday, August 26. Everyone is invited. For more information, call Youth Pastor Doug Sanders at 926-7896.
