The Resort at Shell Point will host a beach party and open house during the Stephen C. Smith Memorial Regatta, Saturday, April 26, 11:00 to 7:00 and Sunday, April 27, 11:00 to 5:00. Join your hosts for music, kids’ activities, a cash bar and free lunches both days. Take the opportunity to tour some of the new homes, or talk with one of the Heaton Companies’ representatives to see what the future holds for The Resort at Shell Point.
“We feel very lucky to be able to create this sort of thing in the Big Bend area, and we’re looking forward to the party and open house so we can show it off and share it,” said Curt Reilly, Heaton Companies’ Senior Sales Executive. “There’s nothing else like The Resort at Shell Point anywhere in this region.”
Plans for The Resort includes a 201-slip marina and ship store, private beach club, 152-room boutique hotel, spa, fitness center, heated pool, Heaton’s Reef fine dining restaurant and tiki bar, 35 single-family homes and 100 acres of pristine coastal land. The restaurant and tiki bar are nearing completion and will open Memorial Day weekend. Recent completions include 14 marina-front houses, a 3,000-foot seawall, paved roads, and underground utilities.
