Giving Back to Wakulla Project Exposes Middle School Students to Careers
WORKFORCE plus and the Wakulla School Board, through the “Giving Back to Wakulla” project are exposing a group of Wakulla Middle School students to different careers and the people in those positions.
There are three exciting goals of this project. First, this will provide an introduction to work for many of these youth. Secondly, it will create exposure to various industries located in Wakulla County. Lastly, it will create an opportunity for these youth to get experience in their desired field while exposing employers to their future workers.
{sidebar id=3}This is the third year of “Giving Back to Wakulla” and we need your help!
We are currently recruiting area employers to host and even sponsor a youth in this exciting endeavor. If you are interested in participating, please contact WORKFORCE plus at (850) 414-6085 x. 202 to learn more!
