James and Betty Smith of Woodville, Florida and Laura Smith of St. Marks, Florida would like to announce the union of their daughter, Tonya Michelle Smith ("Toni") to Gary Wines ("Wino"). The groom is the son of Mardell Wines of Matton, Illinois and the late Donald Wines of Matton, Illinois.
The couple was married October 1st, 2007 in Dothan, Alabama. A reception will be held at a later date.
