Shara "Tennille" Camp and Nathan Smith Harrell III are Wed
Shara "Tennille" Camp and Nathan Smith Harrell III exchanged wedding vows Saturday, April 14, 2007, at First Baptist Church of Bainbridge, GA. The bride is the daughter of Sherrill and Sharon Camp of Crawfordville, FL. The groom is the son of Nathan Harrell Jr. and "Cissie" Franklin, both of Bainbridge.
The Rev. Paul Medley performed the evening ceremony. Decorations were mixed arrangements of fern and spring flowers in pastel colors. Gladys Ellis on piano, Juliet Richards on the organ and vocalist Buddy Johnson provided wedding music.
The father of the groom acted as Best Man. Groomsmen were Joseph Camp, brother of the bride, Paul Harrell and Shane Turner, brothers of the groom. Ushers were Brandon Boyett and David Driggars. Ring bearers were Daniel Jones and Brenden Mitchell, both cousins of the groom.
The mother of the bride acted as Matron of Honor. She wore a periwinkle colored scoop necked blouse with matching tea length skirt and carried a basket of mixed spring flowers. Bridesmaids were the bride's sister, Leann Mann, the groom's sister, Deidra Harrell, and the bride's cousin, Brittany White. They each wore a pastel two-piece tea length dress in green, pink or yellow and carried a basket of mixed spring flowers. Flower girls were a cousin of the bride, Rene Faircloth, in a short dress with spaghetti straps, and a niece of the groom, Kreason Turner, in a small-size wedding dress with beaded train.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white gown with beaded halter neckline and a sheer beaded veil and tiara. She wore diamond earrings given by the groom to match her wedding band and carried a cascade of white roses and mixed pastel spring flowers.
The groom's mother wore a light pink formal corset-style dress with off-the-shoulder neckline and beaded top.
Butterflies, spring flowers and candles decorated the reception at the Bainbridge Country Club, where the bride's book was kept by Rachel Sheffield. The bride's white three tiered cake was iced with swirls and topped with spring flowers. The groom's cake was made to represent a red race car with his name and company written on it.
After a wedding trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple is making their home in Brinson, GA. The groom is general manager at Bainbridge Furniture and the bride is a financial service representative at Regions Bank.
