Robert "Bobby" Stephen Oaks, 59, passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2012 in Lakeland, FL. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Rebecca Loyd Oaks.

He was Operations Manager for Lamar Advertising and was with them for over 30 years. He was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. He was a lifelong resident of Wakulla County and of the Primitive Baptist faith. He was truly one of a kind and will be missed by all.

Graveside services were held Monday, June 11, 2012 at Arran Annex Cemetery in Crawfordville. Bevis Funeral Home, Harvey-Young Chapel, Crawfordville, FL was in charge of arrangements. (850-926-3333 or bevisfh.com)

He is also survived by two sons: Christopher Oaks and wife, Joey, and Chad Oaks and wife Linda; three grandchildren: Conner Oaks, Mackenzie Oaks and Taylie Oaks; and five brothers.

Becky, Chris, Chad and families; Was so sadden to see that Bobby had passed away but wanted you to know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers as you begin your struggles without him.
