In Memory of Otis Carraway
Otis Carraway, 65, of Crawfordville, Florida, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2008 in Tallahassee, Florida. He was a heavy equipment operator for Gulf Paving Company. The service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28, 2008 at Pigott Cemetery in Crawfordville, Florida with burial following at Pigott Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the viewing from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27, 2008 at Harvey-Young Funeral Home in Crawfordville.
Otis Carraway lived in Crawfordville, Florida all of his life. He was a Baptist, and a member of the NRA. He loved hunting and fishing and his family. He was the last surviving child of Royal and Rosie Carraway.
He is survived by three sons: Otis "Bucky" Wilson, Fort Myers, Florida, Michael Carraway (and wife Ginger) , St. Augustine, Florida, and Ray Wilson, Panama City, Florida; three daughters: Michelle Carraway Woods, Kernersville, North Carolina, Regina McCabe, Fort Myers, Florida, and Stacy Wilson (and husband David), Panama City, Florida; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; companion Faye Trussell and many other family and friends.
