In Memory of Mary Lou Johnson
Mary Lou Johnson, 85, of Panacea, Florida passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2008 in Tallahassee, Florida.
She was born in West Virginia, raised by relatives in Ligonier, Pennsylvania, and attended Ligonier High School. She moved to the Fort Lauderdale area in the 1940s. She married Thomas Blair Johnson on June 20, 1953 then moved to the Panacea area in the mid 1990s.
She was very active in the Presbyterian Church and taught Sunday School.
Services will be Sunday, November 23, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. at Harvey-Young Funeral Home, Crawfordville, Florida.
She will be interred at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida with her late husband, Thomas Blair Johnson.
She is survived by her son, Thomas N. Johnson, III; two nephews: Art and Glenn Johnson; and her husband's brother and sister-in-law, George and Peggy Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her husband Tom Johnson.
