Bradham Forbes Carraway, 54, passed away April 26, 2012 in Gainesville, Florida. He worked for the City of Tallahassee.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Monday, April 30, 2012 at Sopchoppy United Methodist Church, Sopchoppy, Florida.
The service will be Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Sopchoppy United Methodist Church with burial at West Sopchoppy Cemetery. Bevis Funeral Home, Harvey- Young Chapel in Crawfordville is in charge of arrangements (850-926-3333 or bevisfh.com).
He was born in Tallahassee, Florida and was a lifelong resident of Wakulla County.
He was a member of Sopchoppy United Methodist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, loved golf and working in his garden. He loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Nelson Carraway of Sopchoppy; two sons: Daniel James Carraway of Ft. Lee, VA and Julian Nelson Carraway of Sopchoppy; two daughters: Samantha L. Snodgrass and husband Allen of Tallahassee, FL and Stephanie Stevens and husband Juan of Chipley, FL; three brothers: Ausley Burl Carraway, Jr. and wife Ann of Seneca, SC, George Warrington Carraway and wife Jill of Louisville, KY, and Joseph David Carraway and wife Charlie of Sopchoppy; six sisters: Frances Carraway Roberts and husband Randolph, Bettye Carraway Roberts and husband Edwin, all of Tallahassee, Jessie Carraway McMillan of Gulf Breeze, FL, Sandra Carraway Crum and husband Bobby of Mexico Beach, FL, Carolyn Carraway Suiter and husband Galen of Montgomery, AL, and Susan Carraway Limbaugh and husband Gary of Crawfordville; two grandchildren: Noah and Norah Stevens.
He is preceded in death by his parents Ausley Burl Carraway and Faye Forbes Carraway, son Seth A. Carraway and brother, Ott Carraway.
