Five Lively Welding Students Pass Welding Certification Test
{sidebar id=1}Five Welding students, William Davis, George Klisiewecz, Jason Morgan, James Lambeth, and Eddie Horning, passed the Welding Certification Test in Structural Code - D11.1 Plate. They were instructed by Lively welding instructor Mann Roberts of Wakulla County.
The same five Welding students were employed by Fru-Con Construction at Taylor County Buckeye Paper Mill earning “TOP PAY”. Students receive in job signing $19.30 per hour plus $70.00 per day for travel expenses; totaling $2,736.80 per week. Fru-Con Superintendent, Glenn Nix, stated, “Lively is turning out some good welders.”
The Lively Welding Program has a great working relationship with employing companies in Tallahassee, neighboring counties and nationally. Due to the overwhelming demand for welders locally and nationally, Lively is contacted daily for trained students. Students are recommended for jobs, employed and receive top pay.
