NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Wakulla County Dangerous Animals Appeal Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at 4:00pm in the Wakulla County Extension Office, 84 Cedar Avenue, Crawfordville, FL 32327, 926-3931.
Purpose of Hearing: Notice of Appeal and Notification of Sufficient Cause Finding Initial Determination of Dangerous Dog, Animal Case #A10541714, Owner Brian Hines
Interested parties are invited to attend and participate.
Any handicapped, visually or hearing impaired person or any non-English speaking person needing special assistance should contact the Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners’ Office at (850) 926-0919 or TDD (850) 926-1201
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
