Wakulla County Health Department will Offer Free Childbirth Classes in August
Do you have questions about giving birth? Here is your solution to ease those concerns…
FREE childbirth classes!
- Learn how to reduce anxiety about labor and delivery
- Learn ways to cope with the discomfort
- Learn stages of labor
- Learn the difference types of medication available
- Learn breathing techniques
- Talk about after delivery care for mom and baby
- Care packages for expectant mothers
Classes will begin Wednesday, August 1st and end Wednesday, August 29th, and will run from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
