Florida KidCare Enrollment Drive at the State Capitol
Families with uninsured children are urged to enroll in Florida KidCare, the state-subsidized health insurance program.

| How to Apply: |
To complete the Florida KidCare application, bring the following: |
- Your family’s most recent tax return OR your wage earning statement OR your current pay stubs.
- Your child’s social security number or the date applied if you have not yet received a social security card.
