YMCA Camp Indian Springs to Hold Walk-a-Thon
Mark your calendar and save the date! The first ever YMCA Camp Indian Springs Walk (Skate or Bike) -a-Thon will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2007. The 15 mile route will take participants down the beautiful St. Marks Trail.
This is a family event for the YMCA community to raise funds to support kids by kids. We are asking that children, teens and their families get pledges to support how far they walk on the 15 mile St. Marks trail. We will accept anything from .25 cents, $1, $5, $10 & up per mile or lump sum from family and friends to encourage children to help others as well as developing healthy habits like walking.
At the end of the trail, Boy Scout Troop 4 will be selling food and beverages.
