23rd Annual Project Graduation to be Held |
|
The Wakulla County Sheriff's Office will hold the 23rd Annual "Project Graduation" celebration on Thursday, May 18, 2006. The event will take place at "Fun Station" in Tallahassee from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Students interested in attending this free event should meet at Wakulla High School at 1:00 p.m. where they will be chauffered by school bus to the event.
There will be gifts, music, cash prizes, games and all the food, sodas and snacks the students can eat. Last year's grand prize was a cash gift of $1,500! The Sheriff's Office would like to invite all graduating seniors to come out and celebrate safely one last time as a class, in a fun-filled environment, before traveling their separate ways and becoming our future leaders.
If you are interested in making a cash contribution towards making this event a success, please contact Captain Jim Griner at (850)926-0847 or (850)251-1111. Also, Sergeant Brent Sanders can be contacted at (850)926-7128. They will gladly speak with you about the event or pick up your contribution. You may also mail your contribution to "Project Graduation", c/o Wakulla County Sheriff's Office, 15 Oak Street, Crawfordville, Florida, 32327.
