It’s that time of year again when the Chamber hosts its biggest fundraiser of the year, the annual Wakulla Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament, held at The Course at Wildwood Resort.  Planning for the event is well under way as the committee is working to secure sponsorships, plan the day, and even include a few new ideas and surprises.

The tournament will be held on Friday, November 14, 2008.  Registration will begin at 7:30am, with a shotgun start at 8:30am.  Following play will be a lunch at The Bistro along with the presentation of awards and prizes.  Each player from the top three teams will receive prizes along with the winners of the longest drive contest, closest to the pin, and putting contest.  As always, mulligans will be for sale.

{sidebar id=1}Anyone interested in a sponsorship level is welcome to participate. A corporate sponsorship includes a four-man team, recognition on our corporate board to be displayed at the tournament entrance, signage at a tee box and green, and recognition in the Wakulla News and Wakulla.com.  The cost for a corporate sponsorship is $1000.00.  A team sponsorship for $400.00 will buy a four-man team, and a hole sponsorship for $100.00 will buy signage at a tee box.  We are also asking for chamber member's help with door prizes.  Any and all contributions are very much appreciated.

Please plan to be a part of this year’s tournament and show your support to the chamber.  Who knows?

You might even have a little fun!
