Rally for the Cure Golf Tournament to be Held

Wildwood Ladies Golf Association, Wildwood Golf Course and Restaurant are taking part in the “Rally for the Cure” presented by Golf for Women magazine, a breast cancer awareness campaign that is the nation’s largest grassroots women’s golf program. More than 1.2 million people have participated in Rally for the Cure events since its inception in 1996. This year marks the second time Wildwood has pledged its support and teed off against breast cancer.

We are especially proud that the Wildwood event contributed $8,000 to the Rally for the Cure project last year. Our donation was among the top 8% of all tournament contributions nation-wide. National Rally for the Cure organizers congratulated us for our efforts.

{sidebar id=1}More than 120 players are expected for this year’s Rally at Wildwood Golf Course in Wakulla County on Saturday, May 17. There will be a lunch for all participants in the Restaurant at Wildwood beginning at noon, followed by Survivors tee off at 1:15 and the rest of the field of golfers beginning at 1:30.

\Wakulla Bank and North State Title are the Pink Ribbon Corporate Sponsors for this event. Team sponsorships and individual entries are available on a limited basis.
