ADRIA HARPER, 1ST AMENDMENT
FOUNDATION, FORUMULATOR
PRESENTATION, Q&A, LIGHT REFRESHMENTS
Open Records are an old established
policy in Florida, enshrined in the Florida Constitution and ratified by the
citizens. As concerned citizens we might all consider some of the ramifications
of not having public records available or having the jump through a lot of hoops
to obtain them. Adria Harper from the First Amendment Foundation will speak to
us about public records and exemptions. Join us as we take a stroll through what
could either be the dark and evil forest of public records or the forest of
candy, cookies and delights. As citizens, it's our choice. Join us as we
find out (Plus the cookies. Always the cookies.). If you can attend we will look
forward to seeing you. There is no charge and Adria has been very helpful
and informative in the past. Thanks!
