C.H.A.T. of Wakulla will Hold Canine Poker Walk 

{sidebar id=3}C.H.A.T. of Wakulla (Citizens for Humane Animal Treatment) will host the First Annual Canine Poker Walk on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at the Wakulla Animal Shelter in Crawfordville.  Bring your favorite canine - or human - companion and join us for entertainment, an obedience demonstration, a K-9 Unit presentation, a 50/50 cash drawing, and more!

Registration for the event will run from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.  The walk will be approximately 1 1/2 miles.  $10 poker hand; $5 additional hands. 

There will also be a Doggie Fashion Show, with prizes for Mr. or Miss C.H.A.T. 2008, Best Dressed, Best Dog Trick,and Funniest Costume.

The Wakulla Animal Shelter is located at 1 Oak Street in Crawfordville.  Call 926-0890 for more information.  All proceeds will benefit C.H.A.T. and the Wakulla Animal Shelter.
