Riversprings Middle School Holds Tie-Dye Days
Written by Joey Jacobs, RMS Teacher Sunday, 14 October 2012 19:43
Riversprings Middle School held two “School Pride Tie-Dye” days on Friday, September 14 and Friday, October 5, 2012.
The coordinator for the event was 6th grade teacher Louis Hernandez. Students had the opportunity to “show school pride through scientific inquiry,” according to Hernandez. Hernandez’ ground troops were Mrs. Mina Sutton, Mrs. Amber Allen, and Mr. Steve Walker. Judging from the number of tie-dyed shirts on campus, the event was an enormous success.
So whenever you see a Wakulla County student out and about wearing a RMS tie-dyed shirt, you will know that they are expressing their BEAR PRIDE!
