ABOUT THIS WEBINAR:
Leading successful change and improvement requires focusing on key organizational issues and understanding the needs of the customer. However, addressing these issues and the needs of the customer are often challenged by the lack of available resources, budget constraints, staff problems, etc. Successful organizations are committed to understanding critical issues which challenge successful change and developing effective strategies to overcome them. This webinar will focus on identifying key issues in the change process, identifying and involving the customer in the change process, and determining the likelihood of project success.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Rosa West, PhD is currently Vice President of Specialty Programs & New Initiatives for Meridian Behavioral Healthcare in Gainesville. Dr. West holds a Doctoral Degree from the University of Florida in Counselor Education, specializing in Marriage & Family Counseling. She is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of Florida and has worked in the field for over 10 years with expertise in family/couples therapy, co-occurring disorder treatment, specialized services for women & minorities, and utilization of process improvement tools. Dr. West also has extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Motivational Enhancement Therapy.
