Teachers, do you need support for a classroom project?
CenturyLink is excited to partner with DonorsChoose.org to offer grants totaling $100,000 to fund classroom projects in public schools in our markets.
Any project request of up to $500 submitted by a teacher at a public school located within a CenturyLink service area is eligible.
How a Teacher Submits a Project:
-
Create an account or log in to your account at DonorsChoose.org.
-
Identify a need in your classroom and post a project request of up to $500.
-
All eligible projects will be posted on the DonorsChoose.org site and designated as a CenturyLink Double Your Impact project.
What is DonorsChoose.org?
DonorsChoose.org makes it easy for anyone to help students in need.
Public school teachers throughout the country post classroom project requests on DonorsChoose.org. Requests range from pencils for a poetry writing unit, to violins for a music program, to microscope slides for a biology class.
Donors browse project requests and give any amount to any project. When a project reaches its funding goal, the materials are delivered directly to the school.
DonorsChoose.org program terms, conditions and restrictions will apply. CenturyLink is a Corporate Donor through the DonorsChoose.org program only and assumes no liability or responsibility to recipients for the projects selected and funded on its behalf. All project requests must be made directly to DonorsChoose.org and not to CenturyLink.
